Xiuhmol began with a single case in Tulum. What looked like a routine rental turned out to hide inconsistencies across payment records, counterparty information, documents and the property's actual condition.
It showed me how easily formal- looking transactions move forward without the underlying facts ever being cross-checked.
I built Xiuhmol to set a more disciplined standard: independent verification, traceable evidence and clear risk logic - before money moves. Today that methodology helps buyers, investors and renters decide with far greater factual clarity.
